Manc Recyclaplast is a company specialized in industrial plastic waste recovery, sorting, treatment, and recycling. We work closely with industrial partners to transform complex plastic waste into high-quality recycled raw materials, ensuring full traceability, regulatory compliance, and consistent material performance. Our goal is to provide reliable and sustainable solutions that integrate seamlessly into our customers’ value chains.

Christophe: What motivated Manc Recyclaplast to join the VARIBOX recycling program?

Lidia:
After introducing the first VARIBOX units in Spain, Rotovia identified an increasing demand from chemical distributors looking for a reliable end-of-life solution for this type of industrial packaging. This highlighted a clear market need. Together, we structured a professional and scalable recycling solution in Spain, combining operational expertise with a strong focus on sustainability and compliance.

Christophe: Manc Recyclaplast is RecyClass approved. What does this certification represent?

Lidia:
Being RecyClass approved confirms that our recycling processes meet recognized European standards in terms of traceability, quality, and sustainability. It ensures that materials are managed under strict control systems and provides our customers with confidence that their recycled materials meet both market and regulatory requirements.

Christophe: What role will Manc Recyclaplast play in this new partnership?

Lidia:
Our role focuses on supporting the collection process, as well as dismantling, shredding, regrinding, and preparing the recovered VARIBOX components for their reintegration into the recycling chain. The compounding stage is carried out externally by a trusted partner, allowing us to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high material quality throughout the entire process, with full traceability at every step.

Christophe: Why is recycling VARIBOX units important for the market?
